Rosa And Beau Flowers primarily sells a fresh perishable product.
Flowers are a product of nature and therefore are seasonal and do have a finite shelf life. Some blooms will only ever last 3 days, while others may last up to 14 days if proper care, such as frequent sniping of the stems and maintaining clean and fresh water, is followed.
There can sometimes be variances in longevity and the quality of individual blooms within a purchased product. If you have any concerns whatsoever regarding the quality of the fresh product you have purchased from us, please notify us ASAP and no more than 24 hours after having purchased the product.
We will require communication and a photo of the product in question sent to our email address in order for us to assist you. We will aim to replace or refund, or substitute specific blooms from, the product to rectify the situation and ensure your satisfaction.
As flowers are subject to availability and/or are seasonally available, sometimes Rosa And Beau Flowers may need to vary our advertised product. We do this to ensure we are providing you with the very best product we can create at any given time. DELIVERY
Delivery price is stated at the time of purchase and is paid for in full.
Clear and concise delivery instructions must be provided. This includes the recipientβs name and address, and any other helpful information such as accessibility of the property. Rosa And Beau Flowers will do the best that we can to ensure delivery to your recipient however, in the event that your recipient is not home, we reserve the right to leave the flowers in a safe place unattended. We will always inform you if this is the case.
You can request a specific delivery date, however we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. If you have a specific time request, please call Rosa And Beau Flowers on +61 3 7067 9860 to discuss further, and we will more than likely be able to help you.
The cut-off time for same day deliveries is 1pm (1300), Tuesday to Friday. Deliveries for a Saturday need to be placed before 11am that day. We do not deliver on Sundays, Mondays or Public Holidays.
All events, weddings and corporate delivery/installation/collection prices will be stated in the final quote from Rosa And Beau Flowers, agreed and confirmed upon payment.
PAYMENT
To secure your daily flower delivery order we require payment in full of the product purchase price. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully processed and we have your full contact details and the contact details of the recipient if applicable.
Full payment of all events is required seven (7) days prior to event date and all events are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Rosa And Beau Flowers requires a 50% deposit on all weddings upon confirmation. Full payment of all weddings is required two (2) weeks prior to the wedding date.
All prices are in AUD and inclusive of GST.
CANCELLATIONS
In the event that you need to cancel your order, we will refund the full amount of the purchase price paid if you cancel an order by calling us on +61 3 7067 9860 no less than 24 hours prior to the delivery date and time. Within this 24-hour time period we have begun fulfilling your order and it may not be possible for us to provide a refund should you change your mind, however this is evaluated on an individual basis.
Cancellations made within two (2) weeks of a wedding or event date will result in the loss of the complete payable amount, including the deposit. However, again this is evaluated on an individual basis.

Rosa And Beau Flowers website contains copywrite content and assets that are owned by or licensed to Rosa And Beau Flowers only – this includes branding, logo, name, overall style, copywriting, graphics, overall concept and titles, and photography. You are not permitted under any circumstances to reproduce or redistribute our content without our express written consent, if you do so we have the right to take necessary legal action.
